- Students must remain enrolled at their home school while completing the Coast High School enrollment process.
- After completing the Coast High School enrollment process, students will be notified to disenroll from their home school; students will complete the home school's check out process in order to finalize enrollment at Coast High School.
- Please note Coast High School does not directly enroll incoming 9th graders new to HBUHSD. Incoming 9th graders new to HBUHSD, please establish a home traditional school first by enrolling in one of our six HBUHSD sister schools - Huntington Beach High School, Edison, Fountain Valley, Marina, Westminster, or Oceanview High School. You can then request a transfer to Coast High School. Existing HBUHSD students enrolled at one of our six HBUHSD sister schools can request a transfer by calling Coast and scheduling an enrollment appointment.
